Prestige Computer Solutions provides the following limited warranty for specific pre-owned and refurbished IT products purchased directly from Prestige Computer Solutions. This warranty is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below and complies with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws, including the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

Warranty Coverage

• We warrant that the purchased product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of fourteen - thirty (14-30) days from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period") .
• This warranty covers only the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Covered defects include hardware failures that occur during normal operation, as determined by Prestige Computer Solutions upon inspection.

Tamper-Proof Labels

• Our products are equipped with tamper-evident security labels to ensure product integrity and prevent unauthorized modifications.
• These labels are placed on specific components to detect opening or tampering with the product.
• If a tamper-proof label is removed, damaged, or shows signs of tampering, Prestige Computer Solutions reserves the right to inspect the product to determine if the claimed defect was caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or misuse.
• Warranty claims may be denied if Prestige Computer Solutions determines that unauthorized actions caused or contributed to the defect. The removal or damage of a tamper-proof label alone will not automatically void this warranty unless it is directly linked to the claimed issue.

Exclusions This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling.
• Defects resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or opening of the product, as evidenced by inspection (including, but not limited to, tampering with security labels).
• Software issues, including viruses, malware, or improper configuration, unless pre-installed by Prestige Computer Solutions.
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or issues caused by external factors (e.g., power surges, accidents, or liquid damage).
• Products altered, defaced, or with removed or illegible serial numbers.

Warranty Claims Process

• To make a warranty claim, contact Prestige Computer Solutions at 540-308-9475 within the Warranty Period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Return the product to Prestige Computer Solutions in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging, at the purchaser’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
• Prestige Computer Solutions will inspect the product, including any tamper-proof labels, to verify the claim. If the claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product with a functionally equivalent refurbished unit or refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling).
• If the claim is denied (e.g., due to user-caused damage or tampering), we will provide a written explanation and offer paid repair options, if available.

Limitations

• This warranty is provided "as is" and is the only warranty offered by Prestige Computer Solutions. All other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.
• Prestige Computer Solutions’ liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including data loss or business interruption.
• Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
